Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised CRM Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing campaigns and agency client efforts. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools, have high attention to detail and ability to develop meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of CRM campaigns
• Design and build emails using drag and drop editors (Klaviyo)
• Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimised for deliverability
• Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
• Assist with client support
• Generate basic reports and analyse data
• Provide administrative support to the CRM team
  
  

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of CRM tools (Klaviyo)
• Basic graphic design skills
• Basic GA4 proficiency
• Basic data analysis
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with email campaign execution and design
• D2C or Direct-to- Customer experience
• Basic CRM certification (Klaviyo) preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Passion for learning

• Accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery
• Timeliness and accuracy of report generation
• Accuracy of basic segmentation
• Task completion rate
