We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Business, Product Owner and Agile team with the functional/technical support whilst evolving the product roadmap, creation of user stories and managing the product backlog.
• Jointly work with business BAs, Product Owners in turning product vision into functional/digital requirements by mapping end to end customer journey with backend driven processing.
• Be responsible for ensuring the team works within an Agile delivery methodology and that the backlog of requirements and solution analysis feeds into Technology Projects and Programs
• Understand and create backend API interface specifications (RAML/Swagger etc) and underlying functionality.
• Support delivery throughout the entire lifecycle of the project from user requirements to go live
• Create an end-to-end functional flow that will explain a functionality as it is processed through various applications/interfaces.
• Understand data classifications and assist tech lead in Data Model activity.
• Conduct refinement sessions to bring user stories to DoR done.
• Ensure that a healthy number of stories remain in the DoR bucket and healthy product backlog is maintained.
• Assist QA team in reviewing test plan, test coverage and analyze defects, bring them up in the prioritization sessions with the POs
• Have working knowledge of Agile ways of working and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, JIRA, Confluence)
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience required - 8+ yrs
• Possess excellent domain knowledge in payments area, digital banking, regulatory space (Open banking, ISO/MX transformation)
• Excellent business analysis and communication skills
• Experience in handling large projects and handling teams spread across multiple locations
• Strong customer focus and analytical skills, maturity in dealing with various stakeholders in business and technology.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams
• MBA or B-Tech
• Certification as a product owner and business analysis
• Certification in SAFE Agile
