Senior Business Analyst - AI Products

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovative AI product development by bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements for AI-driven solutions
• Elicit and refine user stories and functional requirements in line with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Conduct problem definition and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for development teams
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to achieve shared understanding
• Maintain detailed business process documentation ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Support engineering teams in prioritizing and managing development backlogs for front-end and back-end components

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience working with AI products, business analysis and solution implementation
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and consulting skills to manage expectations and drive consensus
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its applications in AI product design
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira and Confluence for business and project management
• Understanding of automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies to support scalable solutions
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure effective problem-solving
