What you will do:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion by leading initiatives, advocating for recognition of unconscious bias, and managing pay-related issues.
  • Guide managers in executing Annual Salary Review, Off cycle budget, STV, SIP, and utilizing existing tools for recognition.
  • Support leaders in valuing our purpose and philosophies, paving way for a positive employee experience and transparent job opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and influence business direction through People analytics.
