What you will do:
Instigate career advancement and growth among our talents, tracking talent evolution, and aiding in fulfilling career aspirations.
Analyse and assess promotion proposals within the business setting, cultivating a strong performance culture.
Direct managers in handling instances of low employee performance and endorse a strong feedback culture.
Promote diversity and inclusion by leading initiatives, advocating for recognition of unconscious bias, and managing pay-related issues.
Guide managers in executing Annual Salary Review, Off cycle budget, STV, SIP, and utilizing existing tools for recognition.
Support leaders in valuing our purpose and philosophies, paving way for a positive employee experience and transparent job opportunities.
Monitor market trends and influence business direction through People analytics.
