The UI/UX Designer is an integral part of our dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant techniques and technologies into the workflow.
• Advocate for the end-user’s needs and experiences in the design process to ensure user respect and brand integrity.
• Design user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, with precision and usability focus.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness issues) promptly and creatively.
• Monitor and adapt designs to ensure aligned with feedback and user data analytics.
• Develop and maintain UI/UX design components for scalability and consistency across various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital projects.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch ideas and implementations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
