We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the creation of an intuitive and engaging user experience. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, user experience, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing user interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented properly.
• Conduct user research to gather feedback and improve user experience designs.
• Develop design guidelines, standards, and best practices for a consistent experience.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and design technologies.
• Optimize existing user interfaces to improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Test designs and provide solutions for any issues identified during testing phases.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas and concepts.
• Review designs with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role is required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and creative projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges effectively.
