We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Sales - Quality & Training Team Leader to join our on-site team in India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the US sales quality and training team to achieve organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor sales training programs tailored to US market requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and optimize sales processes across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for development and training needs.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Proven experience in sales training and team leadership within the US market.
• Strong understanding of sales quality assurance processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience working with on-site teams in India.
• Preferred
• Prior experience in the BPO or call center industry.
