Role/ Job Title: Product Manager - Credit Cards

Function/ Department: Credit Cards

Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for tracking the revenue and cost lines of the credit card P&L, managing payment networks, industry benchmarking, streamline snd create MIS for senior management view, Budgeting and Variance Analysis

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up & monitoring of robust & sustainable acquisition workflows implementation, processes & initiatives.
• Manage and track items involved in the Credit card P&L.
• Create annual and periodic budgets and perform variance analysis.
• Manage Networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Rupay. Manage agreements with networks, ensure compliance and maximize profitability of the business.
• Perform industry benchmarking and suggest ways to enhance profitability.
• Create MISs and reports for senior management view.
• Liase with Business, Finance, Risk, Analytics and other internal and external teams to work on ways to increase revenue and reduce cost and losses.
• Create senior management decks, performance decks, etc.
• Manage regulatory reporting.
