Management Trainee – International Market Research (Franco Africa)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Management Trainee to join our International Business team. The role involves validation and analysis of secondary sales data, maintaining data accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and driving process improvements through automation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable business insights and efficient reporting for the Franco Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

Data Validation & Updates:

Continuously validate sales data, updating targets when brands are shifted, discontinued, or reclassified.Map and validate pharmacy HQ data to ensure accuracy of HQ-level reporting.Handle queries related to secondary sales data from field, marketing, and management teams.

Process Improvement & Automation

Continuously identify opportunities to automate secondary data validation, reporting, and target preparation.Standardize templates and processes for efficiency and accuracy across all countries.Support the integration of secondary data with dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain SOPs for secondary data validation, reporting, and target setting workflows.Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate reporting standards.Archive historical secondary data for reference and audit purposes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a preferred postgraduate qualification such as PGDM (Pharma) or an MBA in Business Administration and Management (General).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to learn and work with international business data.
