Job Description

Overall purpose of job :

The purpose of this role is to analyze the data and provide financial insights and analysis to the Senior Management to

be used in decision-making and planning. Preparation of accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that

provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Preparation and finalization of monthly results to the management, justifying major variances/ taking corrective actions to help them control the costs and improve profitability.
• Preparation of Business Scorecard and MIS reports across various manufacturing locations and business with India performance scorecard along with Standard vs. Actual analysis.
• Monthly/Quarterly cost variance analysis to carve out its impact on P&L.
• Planning and Finalization of Budgeting Activities. Adoption of Zero base and Activity based budgeting
• Monthly commercial reviews with plant and business controllers.
• Preparation and submission of Business and Financial forecast on monthly basis.
• Perform variance analysis, financial analysis, and margin analysis.
• Performance capex projects analysis and post implementation reviews.
• Competition Analysis and External Benchmarking - Analysis & detailing the category /competition / cost / capacity resourcing / margins etc, articulating the next level actions & timelines needed to deliver the same

Chartered Accountant Preferred with Industry Background and 3-5 years of experience
