Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django preferred)
• Experience working on AI / ML or GenAI use cases
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft AI platforms (NCLC / Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services)
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• Understanding of cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  
  

• Full-stack experience (React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases
• Knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Key Vault)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in enterprise AI adoption and governance-aware development
