Assists in the development and implementation of sales strategies by exploring the market, industry, and opportunities that drive business growth and expansion.
Maintains relationship with clients and industry partners, prepares market segment action plans, reviews sales contracts, and handles Weddings, MICE audits and inquiries.
Develops and trains the team to enhance productivity and sales skills such as negotiation, communication and closing techniques.
