About the Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its founding India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own recruiting end to end and directly shape who joins in the company's earliest, most formative chapter. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will run full-cycle hiring across roles, from sourcing and screening to offer, and give hiring managers a fast, high-signal pipeline of strong candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound
• Screen applicants and run first-round interviews for fit and signal
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles

Process & Closing

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving and informed
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards and offers
• Track funnel metrics and keep the ATS clean and current

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring
• Strong sourcing instincts and a candidate-first approach
• Comfort with an ATS and structured interviewing
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for startup, SaaS, or high-growth teams
• Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter
• A track record of closing hard-to-fill roles
