• Conduct basic market research to identify potential client segments.
• Assist in managing inbound and outbound leads.
• Support outbound sales activities using curated databases.
• Pitch agency services through emails, calls, and DMs using well-prepared decks and scripts.
• Set up meetings with prospective clients for senior BD members.
• Maintain and update lead and client data using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams for proposals and follow-ups.
• Track lead progress, conversions, and weekly performance metrics.
• Stay informed about digital marketing and video content trends.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree/Masters in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior agency experience is a bonus.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify and understand client needs.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and video content is preferred.
• Positive attitude, good listening skills, and eagerness to learn.
