Your Role

• Lead procurement implementation projects for clients, ensuring smooth execution.Stay updated on and be willing to work with the latest procurement tool developments.Design, facilitate, and support the implementation of IT changes, collaborating with business units and external service providers.
• Manage the scope and statement of work (SOW) for procurement projects.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective project delivery.Facilitate requirements and design sessions to define project goals.
• Lead project planning and management, ensuring milestones are met.Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final sign-offs.Contribute to the continuous enhancement of procurement processes and methodologies.
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support.Build relationships with various stakeholder interface points to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
  
  

Your Profile

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop/implement appropriate solutions.Ensure solutions meet business needs and project requirements.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment and effective communication.Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and external partners.
