Join the team as a member of the finance shared services team (USI) in India supporting the finance team.The candidate will provide administrative billing support in order to ensure effective and efficient officeoperations.

Workyou’lldo

  • Process client invoices and ensure they are 95% accurate with 100% TAT. Complete in accordance withbusiness /customer/legallaws,policies,proceduresandcontractualrequirements.
  • CreationofinvoiceswhiletherequestsarereceivedviaWorkflow.
  • Bringtothesolutionofrequeststothe Supervisor whichdonotcomplywiththefirm’spolicy.
  • Identifytaxissuesrelatedtoinvoicingand ensurethesetaxrulesareconsistentlyfollowed.
  • Updatebillingsystemandcustomerfileswithissuedinvoices.
  • Liaise with Finance team to effectively resolve discrepancies, act as the first point of contact to ensurecomplete,timelyandaccurateflowofinvoicingandcommunicationtooptimizeproductivity,organizationaleffectivenessandmaximizecashflow.
  • WorkasateamtoachieveServiceLevelAgreementfortheprocessandindividual targets;andworktowards

processimprovementactivities.

  • Focusonperformancetomeetexpectedlevelsintermsofdailyquantityandqualitystandardsofwork.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, Federal and Provincial regulations and guidelinesandcontractual requirements.

The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in different countries with awide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative serviceandhelp desksupport,marketingandIT services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Anygraduate with finance background,B.com/BBA or M.com.
  • 1 to3yearsofexperienceinbilling
  • Workingknowledgeofthebillingmodule,billingreportsand accounts receivable process.
  • Knowledgeofbillingrulesandtaxes
  • Youshouldhavestrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
  • MusthavestrongcapabilitiesinMSWord andExcel
  • Willingnesstocontinuouslylearn,upgradeskillsandstayrelevanttobusinessdemands
  • Organized,detailoriented,flexible,self-starter&highlymotivated
  • Excellentmulti-taskingandcreativeproblemsolving
  • Strongunderstandingofcorefinancebusinessprocesses
  • ExperiencewithSAP Hana and Service Now preferred
