Technical Program Management Office PMO - Specialist Professional

Drive the operational deployment of critical business practices and KPIs across Energy Management Systems and Services Business Schneider Electric with main focus on Projects Portfolio Management, Solution / Project Governance deployment and Processes and global tools deployment. 

• Monitor Projects pipeline portfolio, analyse the performance and identify improvement actions focusing complex opportunities and projects                       
• Animate Solution Projects review meetings. Ensure its Escalations meetings are conducted on regular (weekly/ monthly) basis, including cadence & invitations, Minutes of Meeting (MoM) & Action Tracker.  Liaise with Regional Manager in the preparation and escalation of the opportunities requires regional review.
• Analyse Projects Dashboards (CPO Dashboard), bringing visibility of Top 10 Projects, KPI’s evolution from available tools.
• Ensure Lesson’s learnt are conducted on regular basis and results are shared within the organization for lessons learned implementation.
• Support Portfolio Analyses and alignment with finance & entity leaders to measure performance and KPI`s, actions, escalation and reporting
• Implement & deploy Schneider’s Customer Project Process (CPP), training & update local documents, templates and procedures & provide support in organisation audits. Leverage best practices and improvements
• Governance - Ensure full deployment and compliance with Schneider Customer Project Practices and governance  
• Implement process & tools to support the project performance, aligned with the Regional Manager
• Reporting - Manage / prepare Projects portfolio & operational performance reports and dashboards in Schneider CRM tool. Highlight status, progress & roadblocks 
• Adopt continuous improvement mindset within the organization contributing with actions resultant of organisation assessment / audit, Margin Monitoring, Win & Loss Analyses and Lessons learnt

• Minimum 5 years in Tendering and Bidding / Project management / Quality assurance / Process & Tools
• University Degree (Engineering or Business preferred).                                    
• MBA / Post Graduation - Appreciated                                    
• Natural leadership. Acting like owner, open to discuss and challenge others, inspire and influence the change management
