About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Develop VBA-based automation across Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Design and implement VBA-based dashboards for real-time data visualization, reporting, and performance tracking, tailored to business needs.
• Create custom macros for data manipulation, validation, formatting, and integration with external systems or APIs.
• Optimize and maintain existing VBA add-ins to ensure performance, reliability, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Good Experience on Python for web crawling.
• Independently manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
• Create detailed project plans including effort estimates, timelines, and wireframes.
• Deliver under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and domain-specific teams.
  
  

What you’ll need to have:

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in automation and process improvement
• Advanced programming expertise in VBA, with hands-on experience automating tasks across Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in building web crawlers/scrapers using Python.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio for agent creation.
• Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs).
