The FM Business Planning and Strategy team requires a financial PMO to support the management of a large investment portfolio. The successful candidate will be a Financial PMO Analyst with an educational background in Business Administration, majoring in either IT Management or Finance in addition, complemented by consulting experience, preferably in management consulting. He or she will be a trusted advisor to our initiative leads and scrum masters and enable them to “Do the Right Thing”, maintaining strong financial and process governance across the portfolio. In addition, the incumbent has a keen interest in Financial Markets and new emerging technologies, which will help them to grow in the bank.
Key Responsibilities
Support initiative owners by managing project financials holistically in accordance to financial accounting principles (e.g. Capex and opex costs, accruals etc.)
Facilitate the fulfillment of ad hoc requests from key stakeholders pertaining to management reporting
Perform regular program/project report consolidation and submission
Support Refinement Forums/PgSCs with the necessary segment data for reporting
Analyse trends, highlight issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues
Tracking and reporting of project milestones, risks and issues and project artefacts and ensure these are managed in line with SCB’s policies
Ensure control around vendor engagements (SOWs, Sourcing/Engagement requests, supplier management processes and controls)
Manage headcount approvals, accurately track and report staff headcount by different employment categories and maintain effective communication with MTs on the headcount approval progress
Collaborate in the implementation of FM transformation initiatives
Produce monthly management reports by consolidating project achievements and concerns
