Technical Project Manager Web Application Delivery Dotnet React

About Us

We are a fast-growing startup that builds bespoke web-based applications for global clients. Our team consists of passionate, hardworking junior developers whom we actively train and grow into strong engineers. We are now looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager who can lead these junior developers, guide them patiently, and deliver projects on time with high quality.

What You Will Do

• Own project delivery end-to-end for custom web applications built using .NET (C#) and React (preferred tech stack).
• Convert business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria that junior developers can easily understand and execute.
• Create detailed sprint plans, timelines, and task breakdowns and ensure the team follows them.
• Mentor and guide junior developers—review their work, unblock them, help them understand best practices, and grow into strong contributors.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Ensure timely delivery by proactively identifying delays, risks, and bottlenecks—and resolving them early.
• Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain quality through basic technical reviews, testing coordination, and enforcing coding standards.
• Continuously improve processes to make the team more productive and predictable.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience managing the delivery of custom web applications.
• Preferred: exposure to .NET, C#, SQL, REST APIs, React, or similar stacks (coding not required but technical understanding is essential).
• Proven experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading a team of junior or mid-level developers—with patience, mentorship, and structured guidance.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent at breaking down complex requirements into simple tasks.
• Strong communication skills—both client-facing and internal.
• Ability to own outcomes, not just manage tasks.

• Experience working in a startup or small team environment.
• Experience with QA coordination and release processes.
• Ability to create basic wireframes, flow diagrams, or specifications.
