Role Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Optimization Specialist to grow and optimize Boss Wallah key platforms—YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram—for the Kannada audience. The role focuses on keyword-driven optimization, organic reach, engagement, and analytics-based strategy.

Responsibilities

• Kannada keyword research and hashtag strategy
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, captions & hashtags
• Improve CTR, watch time, organic reach & followers
• Track performance using YouTube Studio, Facebook Insights & Instagram Analytics
• Competitor analysis and strategy improvements
• Work with Content & Marketing teams before publishing
• Use tools like TubeBuddy and VidIQ
  
  

Requirements

• Professional Kannada fluency + English
• 1–2 years SMO / YouTube SEO / Social SEO
• Strong understanding of social algorithms & analytics
• Data-driven, detail-oriented & team player
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
