Summary We are seeking a highly engaging and dynamic Learning & Development professional to shape our people and capability initiatives at Quest Global. The candidate will have a passion for learning and a knack for inspiring a multi-generational global audience (Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X). You will design and facilitate high-impact soft skills and behavioral training programs for our engineering, sales, and enabler teams, ensuring our people have the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and achieve peak performance.
Role Purpose
To drive impactful learning and development initiatives that build future-ready talent and support Quest Global’s growth ambitions. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality behavioral and leadership development programs
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Performance Consulting
Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs
Partner with business leaders to conduct performance needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and design targeted learning interventions aligned to strategic priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring L&D solutions drive business impact and talent outcomes.
Training Strategy & Design:
Lead the design and development of innovative training content for a wide range of soft skills, including leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, with a focus on real-world application in an engineering services company. Develop learning journeys, session outlines, and assignments tailored to org contexts.
Ability to Leverage psychometric tools for assessment, , and development.
Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct focus group discussions, feedback sessions, and impact measurement using Kirkpatrick or similar models.
Communicate effectively with participants, facilitators, and business stakeholders to ensure program success.
Continuous Improvement
Develop and implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training programs- Monitor effectiveness, analyze feedback, and recommend enhancements to L&D offerings & demonstrate business impact.
Stay abreast of global trends in behavioral and leadership development, digital learning, and HR capability building.
Work Experience
Preferred Additional/Optional Skills Required
Training & Development Delivery
Deliver blended learning experiences (virtual, classroom, digital) using best-in-class methodologies.
Learning Management System (LMS) Operations
Work experience in Managing an LMS (preferably Cornerstone OnDemand – CSOD), including content curation, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Drive adoption of digital learning tools and support continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem.
Must Have Mindset & Attitude

Growth Mindset: Invests time in self-learning and keeping yourself updated with new learning trends and resources

Role Requirements
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Experience: 4–7 years in Learning & Development, with exposure to global engineering/IT services environments.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LMS (CSOD preferred), digital learning tools, and virtual facilitation.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in behavioral and leadership development program design < Mandatory>and delivery< Good to have>.
Certifications: Hogan, Predictive Index (PI), or equivalent psychometric assessment certifications.
Competencies: Business partnering, facilitation, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, flexibility, and articulate communication.
Other: Ability to work across time zones and cultures; strong project management and analytical skills.
