Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant or Equivalent

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

What You’ll Do

As an Integration Architect for Kinaxis will design and implement end-to-end integrations, including data acquisition, transformation, and system synchronization. This role acts as the subject matter expert in APIs, connectors, ETL, web services, and batch processing within Kinaxis environments. The architect will analyze data landscapes, advise on best practices, and develop integration strategies and technical roadmaps. Responsibilities include data mapping, interface design, error handling, optimization, security, and creation of reusable frameworks. The role provides hands-on support during development, testing, and deployment, documents architecture and data flows, mentors junior consultants, and resolves complex integration issues while fostering continuous improvement.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Kinaxis data integration.
• Proven expertise in integrating Kinaxis with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), PLM, MES, and other enterprise applications.
• Hands-on with integration tools and technologies such as web services (REST/SOAP), ETL platforms (Informatica, SAP BODS, etc.), APIs, XML/JSON, and flat file processing.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning data models and master/transactional data flows.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Strong client stakeholder communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  
  

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Kinaxis Certified Integration Developer and/or similar certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience in SSO/Identity integration, security, and compliance standards.
• Exposure to additional supply chain solutions (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9) a plus.
• Agile delivery and DevOps knowledge for integration delivery.
• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or complex greenfield/brownfield integration projects.

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
