Banking and financial services ( advantageous if they have worked on wealth products and or Affluent/High net worth/Premier segments).
Experience working on finance tech (Hyperion, TM1, finsight etc is also preferrable)
Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing and deploying large scale projects.
Proven experience in building high performance data team.
Should have strong data understanding skills which helps multiple teams to support their requirements.
Ability to create and deliver effective client management
Define & implement resourcing strategy, involve in hiring of right talent.
Developing and executing long term strategy and implementation plan for scaling the business
Understanding the requirements from leadership and transforming into executable implementation plan
Should be able to drive, mentor and guide team larger team, should have team and people management experience.
Strong banking knowledge especially in retail and wealth segments.
Should be able to manage BAU team and should be hands-on when required to deliver critical & timebound projects.
Working knowledge in Open source, Dataiku/Datarobot, hue etc
Expertise in MS Excel ( VBA will be an added advantage )
