JOB DESCRIPTION

Procurement & Sourcing

• Handle procurement of indirect materials and services for manufacturing plants, corporate offices, and project sites.
• Manage sourcing activities for:
• Engineering & utility equipment
• HVAC, clean room, and water systems
• Civil & infrastructure projects
• Electrical and automation systems
• Production support items
• IT hardware/software
• Facility management services
• EHS and utility consumables
• Capex & Opex requirements
• Float RFQs/RFPs and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
• Develop alternative vendors and ensure competitive sourcing.
• Vendor Management
• Commercial & Contract Management
• Project Procurement
• Stakeholder Coordination
• ERP & Documentation
  

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical project procurement
• Vendor management and development
• Technical understanding of engineering and utility systems
• Cost analysis and budgeting
• SAP/ERP knowledge
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
