We are seeking an Associate HR Specialist focusing on Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment objectives and provide insights and strategies to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. As an Associate HR Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and executing recruitment plans, leveraging social media and digital channels, and building a robust candidate pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to post job listings and identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback during the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide support in organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and online recruitment platforms.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a recruitment context.
