The Field Sales Officer 17N25 is a pivotal role in driving the direct sales efforts within specified geographic regions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to drive sales goals effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the customer base robustly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective market strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently through strategic initiatives.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure product delivery timelines are met.
  • Attend industry events to network and gain insights into market trends.
  • Utilize CRM software to record sales information, manage customer activities, and sales forecasting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for changes to sales strategies.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably field sales or direct sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to address and solve client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories as required.
