Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
  • Proficiency in using analysis and project management tools like JIRA and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards using BI tools beneficial.
