A Senior Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a client relationship management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of market trends and ability to conduct market analyses.
