Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to international clients and customers on a daily basis.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable service or product solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries and issues, ensuring resolution.
  • Stay updated with the company's products, services, and pricing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Identify potential new markets and business opportunities through customer leads.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure high standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve process and service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar BPO role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle rejection and a strong determination to succeed.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
