As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Supporting transformation initiatives is a key part of the day, which involves developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to develop and present business cases that support transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with operating model design and implementation.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
