Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Executive to join our dynamic procurement team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate pricing trends and assess supplier competitiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to gain favorable terms and cost reductions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and delivery schedules to prevent shortages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and source appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze purchase requests and manage purchase order processes to ensure timely execution.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Assess and minimize risks associated with the procurement of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate strategic partners to enhance supplier performance and quality.
  • Lead supplier performance assessments and implement improvement actions where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contract management principles.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to assess market trends and supplier performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
