We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Manager to join our expanding team at 24N25. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales managers in executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential market opportunities and new sales channels for business expansion.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their needs.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to relay customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales quotas and company objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
