Job Description

The Business Development Executive (IT/Data) is a crucial role focused on driving growth and expanding the market presence of IT and data solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build partnerships.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client and sales data.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activity and market trends to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify new strategies and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business dealings.
  • Continuously update industry knowledge to effectively advise clients on technology trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field required.
  • Proven track record in business development specifically in IT or data industries.
  • Strong understanding of data solutions and IT services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market and client data effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards in business practices.
