About The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Finance professional with 3-4 years of experience to support the company’s capital raising activities across both debt and equity, while also assisting with investor relations, financial analysis, and strategic projects.

The role is ideal for someone with strong financial modelling, transaction execution, and stakeholder management capabilities who wants exposure to fundraising, corporate finance, and senior leadership interactions in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Support (Debt and Equity)

  • Support execution of equity fundraising processes including venture capital, private equity, strategic investors, and institutional capital raises.
  • Assist in debt financing activities including project finance, structured finance, working capital facilities, venture debt, leasing, and acquisition financing.
  • Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, investor presentations, teaser materials, information memorandums, and due diligence materials.
  • Coordinate with banks, investors, financial advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams during fundraising processes.
  • Track financing processes, timelines, deliverables, and investor interactions.
  • Support data room preparation and management for financing transactions.
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis on comparable companies, transactions, valuation multiples, and financing structures.

Investor Relations Support

  • Assist in preparation of board materials, investor updates, quarterly reporting packs, and shareholder presentations.
  • Support management of investor queries and information requests.
  • Maintain investor databases, cap table records, financing trackers, and key metrics dashboards.
  • Help prepare materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and strategic discussions.
  • Support ongoing communication with existing investors and lenders.

Strategic Finance & Corporate Development

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models including operating models, scenario analysis, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations, partnership analysis, market research, and business case development.
  • Work closely with leadership on budgeting, long-range planning, and capital allocation analysis.
  • Assist with preparation of internal management reporting and KPI tracking.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in:
  • Investment banking
  • Corporate finance
  • Strategic finance
  • Transaction advisory
  • Private equity / venture capital
  • Big 4 deals advisory
  • High-growth startup finance

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • CA / CFA / MBA preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Understanding of debt and equity financing structures.
  • Familiarity with investor reporting and transaction processes.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and execution capability.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting fundraising transactions.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, technology, AI, data centers, renewable energy, or digital infrastructure sectors is a plus.
  • Experience interacting with investors, banks, or senior management teams.
  • Familiarity with data rooms and transaction documentation.
