Senior Product Manager – Multi-Asset in our office in Bengaluru

We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Product Manager – Multi-Asset to lead the delivery and continuous evolution of Equiti’s investment product suite, covering Global Equities, ETFs, Futures, Options and Fixed Income instruments.

This role is critical in translating strategic vision into scalable, production-ready capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination across Technology, Development, Operations, QA, Project Management, and Business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through execution and go-live, ensuring delivery excellence within a regulated, multi-asset trading environment.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery Execution

• Own the product roadmap execution for Equities, ETFs, Futures, and Fixed Income products
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
• Drive delivery across Discovery → Planning → Execution → Launch, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards
• Ensure operational readiness before go-live, including workflows, reporting, and support models

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Project Management, and Business teams
• Work closely with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure scalable and robust implementations
• Coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality, regression coverage, and release quality
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Support teams to ensure smooth product adoption

Product Discovery & Requirements Definition

• Lead product discovery efforts, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal stakeholder alignment
• Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned with market structure and trading workflows
• Ensure clarity on order lifecycle, settlement flows, corporate actions, and instrument behaviour
• Support feasibility analysis across technology, regulatory, and operational dimensions

Stakeholder & Governance Alignment

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Treasury to ensure products meet regulatory and internal governance standards
• Ensure proper implementation of client asset segregation, margin controls, and reporting frameworks
• Provide transparent progress updates and escalate risks or blockers proactively
• Support governance forums with structured product updates and delivery insights

Continuous Improvement & Optimisation

• Monitor product performance post-launch and identify enhancement opportunities
• Drive improvements in execution efficiency, system reliability, and user experience
• Contribute to evolving Equiti’s multi-asset product framework and delivery standards

Skills & Competencies

• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage complex delivery pipelines
• Solid understanding of capital markets instruments and trading workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured product specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and prioritisation capabilities

Experience Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management within brokerage, fintech, or capital markets environments
• Proven experience delivering multi-asset trading products (Equities, ETFs, Futures, or Fixed Income)
• Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, including order management, execution, clearing, and settlement
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery environments with Engineering and QA teams
• Exposure to regulated financial environments and governance frameworks
• Experience with custody, clearing, or broker infrastructure integrations
• Familiarity with API-driven trading platforms and OMS/EMS systems
• Exposure to margin products, derivatives, or fixed income instruments
• Experience working in multi-jurisdiction environments (e.g., UAE, EU, offshore)
• Arabic language is a plus
