Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter to join our team and help drive sales in our 15N25 distribution channel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to engage customers while effectively promoting our products. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for representing our brand positively and generating leads that ultimately convert into sales. If you are passionate about interacting with people, persuading others, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the position for you. This role requires a proactive approach to attracting new business while maintaining the quality service that our current customers expect.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products effectively.
  • Demonstrate product features to customers and provide comprehensive information.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and improve sales strategies for success.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Track and report sales activities to monitor goals and objectives regularly.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular and consistent basis.
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing events to boost brand visibility.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the products or services purchased.
  • Identify and engage with potential leads using various sales and marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product offerings and processes.
