Job Description

A Counter Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless interaction between customers and the company's products or services. As the face of the company at the sales counter, this role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities

  • Process sales transactions accurately using company point-of-sale systems.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
  • Stay updated with new products, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
  • Generate sales reports and provide feedback to management on customer insights.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales is advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
