As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities and managing key accounts. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and clients.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Track and analyze customer account metrics regularly to improve service delivery.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales activity and forecasts to management.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally for satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to expand professional connections.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and competitive landscape changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to guide decision-making processes.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
