We need your personal information such as educational qualifications, employment experiences, etc., to provide you with suitable job opportunities and suggestions, if you do not want to share such information, we will not be able to provide you with an effective website experience.

Talentmate, via our Platform, will not ask for any sensitive information unless such details are legally required for hiring purposes. We strongly advise anyone using our Platform against sharing any kind of sensitive information. When you register as an employer or a job seeker or when you subscribe to any of our services available on the Platform, we may collect your personal data such as your name, current address and location info, gender, contact phone number, email address, password, country or nationality, any company or organization that you are connected with, etc.

Talentmate is a portal focused on providing employment opportunities as well as other career-enhancing services. Your profile and personal information may be shared with the potential employers, affiliates, partners and licensees to list you as a possible candidate for the job openings they may have. Please do not submit your personal information to the website if you do not want to take advantage of our employment services and the job opportunities that we offer.

We may use your personal data to show you relevant job search results, to send you job alerts or to provide you with such products and services from us. We may also suggest suitable job opportunities to the candidates or recommend suitable job seekers to the employers based on the data we collect.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
  • By registering on TALENTMATE®, employers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • TALENTMATE® reserves the right to modify these terms and will notify all employers via email 7 days prior to any changes.
  • By continuing to use the platform after the notice period, employers agree to the updated terms.
  • If employers reject the updates, it will lead to permanent account termination, and all related data will be deleted within 30 days.
2. Eligibility and Registration
  • Employers must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
  • TALENTMATE® may verify the legitimacy of the employer.
3. Job Posting Guidelines
  • Employers must post accurate job descriptions, with no discriminatory content based on gender, nationality, religion, age, disability, race, marital status, or sexual orientation.
  • Job postings must specify the working location, limited to GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain) or India.
  • Candidate data can only be used for the specified job posting within the same entity or group company, or for a recruitment agency's client located in the stated job posting location.

4. Employer Responsibilities
  • Employers are solely responsible for verifying all applicant details (qualifications, work experience, identity, and legal eligibility to work in the specified jurisdiction).
  • TALENTMATE® is not liable for any employment decisions made without due diligence by employers.
5. Data Protection and Usage
  • Employers are prohibited from using candidate data for any purpose outside of the job posting or region specified in the job listing.
  • Recruitment agencies must inform TALENTMATE® of their client's requirements and ensure data use compliance.
  • Misuse of candidate data will result in account termination and legal action.
6. Subscription and Payment
  • Employers are required to pay upfront for their chosen subscription packages.
  • All subscriptions will expire naturally as per the set date, including job posts and CV sourcing packages.
  • If employers wish to extend their subscription or job post beyond the set expiration date, they must contact the support team at support@TALENTMATE®.com.
7. Account Termination
  • Violation of these terms (e.g., discriminatory job listings, misuse of candidate data, unauthorized creation of external databases) will result in immediate account termination.
  • Upon termination, all employer-related data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability

TALENTMATE® is not responsible for:

  • Loss of profits due to hiring decisions.
  • Temporary service interruptions or downtime.
  • Data loss, beyond restoring the most recent backup.
9. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the TALENTMATE® platform is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Employers are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior permission from TALENTMATE®.
10. Confidentiality
  • Employers must maintain the confidentiality of candidate data and other sensitive information acquired through the TALENTMATE® platform.
11. Governing Law
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Disputes will be resolved through the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
12. Legal Action and Remedies
  • TALENTMATE® reserves the right to pursue legal action for breaches, including claims for damages and reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • By rejecting updates to these terms, employers agree to the permanent termination of their account and the deletion of all associated data.
13. Third-Party Services

If TALENTMATE® integrates with third-party services (e.g., job boards, social media), employers agree that use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. TALENTMATE® will not be responsible for the actions or outcomes of third-party services.

14. Public Reviews and Defamation

Employers agree not to post defamatory, false, misleading, or threatening reviews or content about TALENTMATE® or its services on social media or public platforms. Attempts to harm TALENTMATE®’s reputation through false claims may result in legal action, account suspension, or termination. We encourage employers to resolve issues directly by contacting support@TALENTMATE®.com.

15. Prohibition of Threats and Harmful Actions

Employers agree not to engage in any threatening, abusive, harassing, or harmful actions directed towards TALENTMATE®, its employees, or affiliates. This includes cyber-attacks, slander, or intentional actions to disrupt the platform's operations or reputation. Violations will lead to immediate account suspension and possible legal action, including damages claims.

16. Limitation of Legal Action

Employers agree that TALENTMATE® serves as a facilitator for connecting them with candidates and is not responsible for hiring decisions or the actions of candidates. By using the platform, employers waive any rights to bring legal action against TALENTMATE® for issues related to candidate selection, employment disputes, or interactions. TALENTMATE® will not be liable for damages, loss of opportunity, or indirect harm resulting from platform use.

17. Account Deletion

If a Employer or Registered user wishes to cancel their account, they may log in to the TALENTMATE® portal, go to Settings, and choose the option to Close Account. Once the account deletion request is made, your account will be deleted within 7 days, and all of your data will be permanently deleted.



Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Platform Uptime
  • TALENTMATE® guarantees 99.00% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events.
  • Employers will be notified of scheduled maintenance 8 hours in advance.
2. Support Response Times
  • Critical Issues (Platform down): Response within 8 business hours and resolved within 12 business hours.
  • Non-critical Issues: Response within 24 business hours and resolved within 48 business hours.
  • Feature Support: Response within 12 business hours and resolved within 72 business hours.
3. Data Security
  • TALENTMATE® complies with GDPR and local UAE data protection laws.
  • Any data breaches will be communicated to employers within 72 hours.
4. SLA Breach Remedies

In the event of SLA breaches, employers are entitled to:

  • Compensatory free service for up to 30 days.
  • Partial refunds, depending on the severity of the breach.
5. Misuse and Legal Action
  • Violating platform terms, particularly regarding data misuse, will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action, including claims for damages.
